In Padua you will find Le Calandre (3 Michelin stars), the beating heart and creative workshop of Max from which the gastronomic vision of the whole Group starts. Il Calandrino, an informal bistro but also a café and pastry shop; In.gredienti the deli shop with selected products where you can have lunch and dinner; La Montecchia (1 Michelin star), the restaurant of the Green R + Evolution within the Golf la Montecchia and abc Montecchia the bistot on the ground floor overlooking the golf courses. In Venice, the Quadri Restaurant (1 Michelin star) recently restored by Philippe Starck, the only restaurant in Piazza San Marco; on the ground floor are the Quadrino, an informal restaurant and the Grancaffè Quadri, a historic café opened since 1638 with the name of "Il Rimedio"; AMO Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge in the lobby of the T Fondaco dei Tedeschi. In the heart of Paris, Caffè Stern, a historic engraving studio restored to its former glory by Philippe Starck, offers an authentic Italian gastronomic experience. Two new openings are planned for the end of 2019 in Marrakech and Cape Town.
